StudioTwenty was appointed to design and deliver the flagship Midlands store for TRI UK — one of the UK’s leading retailers in triathlon gear. Spanning over 25,000 sq ft, this purpose-built retail environment sets a new benchmark for the swimming, cycling, and running industry.

Our aim was to elevate the in-store experience by combining high-performance retail with specialist facilities that cater to both amateur and elite athletes. The design celebrates movement, energy, and innovation, while showcasing premium brands in an engaging, high-impact space.

Key features include an in-store endless pool, a dedicated GURU bike fit studio, Mizuno ViMove technology, and a fully equipped workshop — all seamlessly integrated within a layout that prioritises clarity, flow, and user experience. From zoning to finishes, every detail was considered to enhance customer interaction, brand immersion, and overall functionality.

The result is a dynamic, future-forward retail destination that reflects TRI UK's authority in the market — built for performance, precision, and passion.
